Role Overview
Zycus is hiring an IT Support Engineer Intern to support internal IT operations. You'll handle day-to-day support tickets, help with system access and setup, and learn the fundamentals of running IT for a growing software company.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve internal IT support tickets
- Assist with system, account, and access setup for employees
- Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with clear documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Freshers welcome, up to 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of operating systems and networking concepts
- Good communication and a willingness to learn on the job
