Role Overview
Volvo's Graduate Apprentice Trainee program gives recent graduates structured, hands-on exposure to engineering work across its trucks, buses, or construction-equipment business. Apprentices rotate through real tasks under experienced mentors.
What You'll Do
- Support engineering teams with day-to-day technical tasks
- Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering processes and standards
- Assist with documentation, testing, or data collection as assigned
- Present learnings and outcomes at the end of each rotation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong fundamentals in your engineering discipline
- Willingness to work on-site and rotate across teams
