Role Overview
Swiggy is hiring a Business Analyst to support decision-making across its delivery marketplace. You'll analyze operational and customer data, build recommendations, and partner with category or operations teams to act on them.
What You'll Do
- Analyze marketplace, customer, or operational data to surface actionable insight
- Build dashboards and reports that track key business metrics
- Partner with category, ops, or growth teams on data-driven recommendations
- Run and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) where relevant
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business field
- Prior experience in business or data analysis, ideally in a consumer internet or marketplace business
- Strong SQL skills and comfort with large, messy datasets
- Ability to translate analysis into a clear business recommendation
