Role Overview
Sutherland is hiring an Associate Manager to lead a Trust & Safety team supporting client content-moderation or account-safety operations. You'll manage day-to-day performance, quality, and policy adherence across the team.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day performance and quality of a Trust & Safety team
- Ensure the team applies content or account-safety policies accurately
- Track metrics like accuracy, turnaround time, and escalation volume
- Coach team members and handle escalations from frontline reviewers
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar operations role
- Comfortable working with sensitive or policy-driven content
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
