Role Overview
Equifax is hiring a Product Support Analyst to support its data and reporting products. You'll investigate and resolve product issues, work with data teams to root-cause problems, and help keep customers unblocked.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve product or data issues reported by users
- Work with engineering and data teams to root-cause recurring problems
- Document known issues, fixes, and workarounds
- Track and report on support ticket trends and resolution times
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Comfortable with SQL and basic data investigation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
